We built Verdo because we kept seeing the same story: brilliant strategies that never left the slide deck, production-ready systems that nobody adopted, and training programs that changed nothing. The pattern was always the same. Someone solved for strategy, or technology, or people, but never all three at once. Verdo exists to be the firm that does. We're Strategic Doers, in the room with leadership shaping direction and in the codebase shipping what we planned. That combination is rare today. We intend to make it the standard.
